How do I register on Saptapadi Matrimony? +

Registration is completely free. Click on "Register Free" and fill in basic details like name, email, phone, and location. Parents can also register on behalf of their children. After registration, you'll receive an email verification link.

What documents do I need for profile verification? +

We require Aadhaar card for identity verification. Additional documents like birth certificate, educational certificates, or income proof may be requested based on your profile requirements. All documents are securely stored and handled by our admin team only.

How long does profile verification take? +

Profile verification typically takes 2-3 business days. Our team manually reviews each profile to ensure authenticity and genuineness. You'll receive an email notification once your profile is verified and live.

Membership & Payments

What are the membership plans? +

We offer flexible plans: 3 months (₹999), 6 months (₹1,799), and 12 months (₹2,999). All plans include full profile access, unlimited matches, and priority support. Free members can browse profiles but have limited contact options.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. All transactions are protected and your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Can I upgrade or renew my membership? +

Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime. Renewal reminders are sent 7 days before expiry. If your membership expires, your profile remains active but contact features are limited until renewal.

Safety & Privacy

How do you ensure safety on the platform? +

All profiles are manually verified by our team. We don't allow direct messaging between members - all introductions are facilitated by our relationship managers. Background checks and document verification ensure genuine profiles only.

Is my personal information safe? +

Your privacy is our priority. Personal information is encrypted and accessible only to verified admin staff. We never share your contact details without your explicit consent. You have full control over who can view your profile.

What if I receive unwanted contact? +

Report any inappropriate behavior immediately to our support team. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including profile suspension. Our family-safe process ensures all interactions are respectful and appropriate.
